These don't appear to be Indian blue from the pics, unless they're darker than they appear. Indian Blue is almost like a dark green. These look mint green in the pics.

Based on other Indian Blue chips I've owned (PCA $25s, solids) I'd say these look Indian Blue (maybe with slightly overexposed photo?) or Pale Green which are close.
