I have no knowledge or control over what eBay charges for shipping thru ebays global shipping program. I had no idea it would be so much. I unfortunately do not ship outside of the US. No exceptions.

I just shipped 2 racks in a triple padded flat rate envelope via ebays global shipping program to Switzerland. Buyer said he was charged a little less than $26.

In Germany you pay 19% on top of the declared package price incl. shipping costs.
If you haven't got such a form sticked outside of the package you need a bill or a PayPal print of you transaction to pay 19% customs on top of the total value.
