Headed to Vegas for the first time and have noticed blinds listed at 100/200/200 for a tournament I want to play in and was wondering what this meant. I assume it is ante but who pays it and when?

BB: 200
Ante: 200 paid by the big blind.

Like @buzzmonkey said, its adding another 200 as a big-blind ante. So BB is putting in 400 but minimum bet is still 200. Just more to play for in the middle.
