Rock bottom price right there. I don't think you'll find them much cheaper.

FWIW, as I understand it, these chips were ordered, but couldn't be put into play because they didn't have the casino name or city on them. So when they were released to the wild, they were dead mint. @JWC can comment on the condition of his chips and how many times he got them in play.

That is exactly how I remember the story. I believe they were made by Portland, the predecessor to ASM and CPC.

Never in play. I bought them sealed in the carton, and they are as close to mint as can be. I am trying to free up some space on the shelves.
 
I did finally find a H&C hotstamped sahara reno dollar, it's pretty cool off white I believe
