Great looking rack!

Any chance all you TRK old timers have any spotted hotstamp King's Crowns?
…just to show off, lol! ;) These are like gold to me now!

This is turning into a TRK showcase thread
Don't forget the OP beautiful chips are for sale.

I always was a big fan NDs, solids, & hot-stamps (all three in one chip ).

If nothing else, this rack of chips I have for sale is a great conversation starter, lol!
I love seeing all these pics and the history though so I have no problem with the post-bumping!

I’m really wanting to make my hot-stamped KC collection complete so if anyone still has some brand-new, denominated, solid KC hotstamps stashed away I may be interested. I’ll post a ‘Wanted’ ad soon and I’m willing to pay as much as I ask in my sales.

I just lowered the price because I noticed last night that a barrel of these are more wobbly (slight warpage) than barrels of my other denoms, so I don’t consider these mint and I don’t anyone to feel mislead.

I am assuming, though, that anyone who knows the older TRK chips realizes the diameters are often inconsistent, the inlays may be off center, and there’s occasional tiny dings and scuffs from the factory.

That said, a lot of us know TRK’s have a unique feel and are great to play with!

This was the original design proof of chips to be made. However, TRK screwed up the spots on the $1. It was supposed to be 4 alternating 1/2in light blue and white spots, but the ones made were 4 double-spotted light blue and white stripes. Dennis gave a 25c credit to each chip made for the mistake.

i was looking at this image again today, and i think it is not a design proof - if memory serves me well, i'm actually pretty sure i made it in MSPaint :D

Isn't MSPaint the Photoshop/Illustrator of the day? That's a perfect proof for the era? :ROFLMAO:

I can't believe I even have this file.

Looking back at my emails, I even missed the GB deadline and you were gracious enough to still let me in.

lol. correction though - it looks like this process is actually when i "taught" myself photoshop, so the final "proof" was not photoshop, not paint.
