These are a left over rack. These didn’t make the mintish cut for my mixed hot stamp set. These are casino used and all will stand on edge. The hot stamps vary from perfect to almost gone, with the majority somewhere in between. The day green spots pop insanely. I believe that I US cleaned them, but only some of them look like they got oiled. $138 shipped in conus.
