I'm not sure a rack will be as easy to harvest without the WSOP running. The vast majority of racks that appeared here came from the poker cage where you could just walk up, get racks, put them in your pack and walk out. You can get them at table games but extraction may be harder.

@JayBob does Paris still have poker? Just to be candid I'm uninterested in harvesting via table games during this trip, due to time constraints. I'd be happy to try and buy 2-3 racks from the cage and sort for the one best rack.

No poker at Paris. These will have to come from the tables. In the past the cage has been a stonewall. Can't buy chips at all.
