I actually thought it was the opposite.

It was RivDanny and he started the bidding at like $300 or something, maybe lower. His auction was for 2 racks as well, maybe it wasn’t noticed. The winner at $550 or $580 got a good deal.

These chips did legit cost $300+ship from TCE, while they were available.

I agree - not sure why the HS Cinci’s never got the love other RHC sets received. One of the better sets and $100’s IMHO.
