I just did this with gear for the same reason and they came out amazing! I have an extra rack of paris $1 at home I can send pictures after work.
 
No I bought 200 and only had 100 turned into fracts. I experimented playing with different amounts on the table over 100 and eventually felt 100 was perfect and didn't slow down the game at all.
 
Bump - I should say I am looking for inlays. I would also be interested in some $2’s

They have to be Paris 1? Or you just want a blue chip that works?just a single rack? I may have some other options if you are interested.

At this point Paris. I have one rack and want to make it into fracs for HSI. I think two racks of fracks is the right number.
 
Normally I agree not to mix THC and RHC, but the HSI chip sets were a bit different. The HSI $1 was RHC and has a small inlay because it was modeled after the Baltimore $1 which was THC.
I think the small inlay from a Paris $1 works fine as a frac, even though the mold is different, the inlays are the same size.
So for my set, the fracs and $1 are small inlay, and the larger denoms are large inlay. My vote is to hold out for the Paris $1.
