"Imported for Congress"? That takes me back. My great grandmother played a lot of bridge so she always had Congress decks around. All the Congress decks I've ever seen have had picture backs rather than pattern backs, though.

Other unusual identifying features: The serifs at the bottom of the W and the double line dollar sign. So if you can match W, R, and $ perfectly you probably have the right font.

It could be custom. The leg of the R is the telltale, most of my "I think that's it" don't have a correct R.

Yeah, weak flush was not a great bet, but I was looking at the suited jack and king, and the limping (even the raise was pretty weak). At the time I was probably just below the middle of the pack. But I did finish the tournament in 2nd.
