Payout Management & Buy-In Tracking Enhancements​

Back with another update for club-PKR | PRO designed to further streamline payout management and make buy-in tracking faster and more convenient.

With this release, there's no longer any need to navigate to the Player screen to review or update buy-in details. Everything can now be managed directly from the Payout Card Summary screen, saving time and simplifying your workflow.

Key Features​

• Manage all player buy-ins from a single screen – Review and update buy-in amounts for every player without switching between screens.
• Calculate settlement amounts instantly – Settlement values are calculated automatically as you make changes.
• Add settlement details to player notes with one click – Quickly save settlement information to a player's notes for future reference.

Schedule Sharing


In this latest update, I’ve focused on improving support for guest players by further enhancing the registration process for those who do not currently have access to the mobile app.

Club hosts can now share their club’s schedule directly with guest players, allowing them to view upcoming games and register their interest in attending. Hosts will receive immediate in-app notifications whenever a guest registers for an event.

The ability to share your club schedule will be available within the club-PKR mobile app soon.

Key Changes

• UI Updates
  • Adding Members - Screen no longer appears as a pop-up. Now slides in from the right.
  • Game Statistics - Graphs and tables now appear across multiple slides.
  • Completed Event Cards - Cards now include the completed date and time.
• Bug Fix
  • Resolved issue where the updating the date and time of an existing event would sometimes result in the wrong time being posted to the database.

  • Guest email addresses are now locked in, so recipients no longer need to enter their email before responding to an invite.

Event & Invite Screens

• Updated Cash Game and Tournament invite screens
• Club owners and administrators can now edit events directly from the invitation screens.
• Club owners and administrators can now cancel events directly from the invitation screens.
• The Register button will remain available until the event is completed.
• If all available seats are filled, the option to Join a Waiting List will become available
• The Player Payout Report option will only appear after the event has been completed.
• UI elements have been optimized to ensure all items appear on screen without requiring scrolling.

New Notifications

• Players will be notified if they are removed from an event.
• Club owners and administrators will be notified when a player registers for an event.
• Administrators can now notify those on a waiting-list when a seat becomes available.

Players & Payout Card Screens

• Player Payout Card UI has been updated.
• Player Payout Report UI has been updated.
• On the Player Screen, action buttons have been moved to the player bar, eliminating the need to swipe.

Player Registration – Adding Guest Players

• The email field is no longer mandatory.

Text Formatting

• Description fields now support carriage returns for improved formatting.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue where the total number of players was not updating after a new player was added.
• Fixed an issue where confirmed players were incorrectly moved to the waiting list after adding a new player.

• New AI club assistant introduced to help manage your private games. Ace can assist with the following tasks:
  • Schedule new private games
  • Update or cancel existing games
  • Invite new players to join your club
• Note - While the assistant is still in beta, I'm keen for users to try it out and share their feedback!

New collection of updates for PRO

• Bug Fix | Email Address Case Sensitivity - Resolved a bug that treats email addresses as case-sensitive. Meaning something like "[email protected]" and "[email protected]", would be treated as two different recipients by the platform.
• Bug Fix | Game Name Updated - "No Limit Hold'em" has been updated to "Texas Hold'em" in the game selection dropdowns.
• New Feature | In-App Notifications - Club members (club-PKR users) will now receive in-app notifications whenever a private game is scheduled, updated, or cancelled within club-PKR | PRO.
