Hi dear PCF,
I really value all of your expertise and opinion, which is why I'm posting this here
Background:
I've been organizing monthly multi-table home tournaments for a few years, usually with 24–32 players per tournament.
I managed everything with a massive Excel spreadsheet — tracking players, rebuys, add-ons, stats, blind structures, payout structures, leaderboards, you name it.
Signups were handled through email chains and Google Forms, and I used a separate site for the blind timer.
Every single tournament came with a ton of admin.
I've definitely spent more time on admin than actually playing poker.
So naturally, I kept looking for a good replacement... without success.
So I figured, heck, I'll build what I want myself.
Voilá: Poker-nights.com
The purpose is for the app to cover the entire flow:
Everything is configurable.
Want upfront payment on signup? Enable it.
Want to ask about pizza? Add it.
Embed YouTube videos? Go for it.
Runs entirely in the browser — no app to install.
Phone, tablet, laptop, all synced live.
Got a screen for the timer? Control it from your phone — no need to walk over.
There's a Pro tier at $5/month if you want bounty tournaments, progressive knockout tournaments, automated email invites, or custom branding with your own subdomain (like yourclub.poker-nights.com). But the intent is for the free tier to cover everything most home games need.
Me and my friends have used it since last summer, and now I'm releasing it publicly and would love feedback and feature requests. It all goes just a poker player who codes
You can feedback:
- In the feedback form directly on the site
- On discord: https://discord.gg/BZdQK4ae
- Here!
If you're interested, check it out at poker-nights.com - I really hope you enjoy it and that it makes your games easier to run and even more fun
Cheers, and good luck at the tables
Best,
Shervin
