This auction is ONE RACK of Kelly's $1 chips, but I will include the option for the winner to purchase a second rack at the same price. These chips are used but clean, not leaded, and shuffle like butter. They work well in mixed sets because they are easy to tell apart from most other THC, especially if you have a yellow $5.
