Marketplace Auctions

Before making a purchase, you must add at least one shipping address to your Address Book. From your Dashboard, go to the Address Book page and enter your shipping details.

Enter your address in the following order:

1. Enter an address label (e.g., Home, Work).
2. Enter your First and Last Name.
3. Select your Country by typing the first few letters (e.g., type Unit and choose United States from the popup list).
4. Enter your Street Address in Address Line 1. (Address Line 2 is optional.)
5. Enter your ZIP Code and press Tab. Your City and State will auto-fill.
6. Click Save.

Before you can create an Auction or Buy It Now listing, you must first add the payment methods you accept.

From your Dashboard, navigate to the Payment Details page and add one or more payment methods you accept. Review the guidance under each field, then click Save at the bottom of the page to confirm your details.

For both Sellers and Buyers, everything is done via your Dashboard.

The new auction platform uses its own built-in feedback system. To leave feedback, use the “Give feedback” button located at the bottom of the item’s transaction page in your dashboard.

The feedback button only shows after you and buyer have completed the transaction steps shown in the section above.
