We just found a very regrettable situation. Somehow PayPal allowed 2 of one of the Doorbuster sets to be sold. We were able to find the correct buyer through the order time stamps and the buyer who did not win has already been notified.

In order to combine shipping for all of the orders, we have to sort by name and fill the orders alphabetically. If we fill the orders when they are received, we wouldn't be able to combine shipping. Hopefully, this is an isolated incident, but we won't be able to tell until we get further along in filling the orders. I am just putting this out there in case there are more instances. I will be contacting PayPal today to see how this was allowed to happen. I triple check all inventory prior to the sale and run tests on the links to make sure they all work correctly. If this is a problem, we will have to research a new solution as this does substantial harm to our reputation. I have apologized to the buyer who was, as you can guess, extremely disappointed.

Hopefully this was an isolated incident.

If this happenes again, I might not have time to email each person before my surgery on Thursday. There were over 200 orders to fill. Anyone who might receive a refund due to the PayPal mix-up, however small, will receive this remedy. In any future sale (1 time), the person receiving a refund will be allowed to purchase any item(s), within the sale limits, prior to the sale beginning. Hopefully, this will not happen.

just out of curiosity, will i receive a paypal refund if i placed multiple orders and you combined shipping? please note i am NOT requesting you do this, as i placed separate orders understanding that shipping was charged per order, i am just wondering what your policy is.

He stated this on page 9 or 8. he will combine shipping if you have multiple orders.
 
Just spent about an hour on the phone with PayPal. The first yeeha tried to tell me that's how the buttons work. "they just notify you when your inventory is zero". Asked for a supervisor. After reviewing how I set up the buttons, she said "yeah that's not supposed to happen" You think!? So I had to submit a report to merchant technical support. We'll see what happens

It’s usually the third person you talk to that really solves your problem. That’s one of them laws.

Best way to bribe jim is offering trades for hunting/fishing gear, tools & high tech gadgets for his (almost grown ?) kids :)

Sorry to hear about the issues. If a shipping notice has been received does that mean everything is good?

It looks like the issues were isolated to the T10000 Jack Doorbuster, Fun Nite 25 and Jack $500 secondary chips. It looks like 5 orders were affected. All 5 of the people have been notified via email. Again, my apologies to all affected by this error.

No i'm not saying it cause they banned my account with no reason...
 
The last of the orders will go out this morning. I will then be refunding all additional shipping. When you receive a refund, please look at the comments before sending me a PM. People seem to panic when they receive a refund, thinking part of their order was refunded. I have to set-up weights to account for international shipping. I can usually fit more in a box, but I have to account for the 4lb and 20lb limits for international shipping or I get under paid for shipping costs on international orders. If I can fit more in a box, I will and refund the difference. Example (John Doe orders 2 Hideaway sets at 12 lbs each. PayPal will charge for 2 Medium Flat Rate Boxes. For a US order, I can fit both in 1 Medium Flat Rate Box, so I will refund $15.95)

That is the customer service I would like, so I pass it along to you.

Is there any chance that you will be able to acquire the Ameristar Casino St. Charles, MO chips that were rebranded earlier this year?

I hope so too... but unfortunately, I believe they were all destroyed.
I spoke with the cage manager of the Kansas City location about a week or two ago, and was informed that their rack was poured into a wood chipper machine and shredded !!! Oh the horror... I almost dropped the phone when she told me this and lost my breath :tdown::unsure::confused:(

Wow! When I went to Ameristar in CO, they were still using the Ameristar chips. They were bummed that they didn't get switched out yet.
