Official Home Game Pics Thread! (185 Viewers)

I just placed another CPC order last week for 3400 more chips. Add that to my current 5,800-chip set already, and hopefully I'll never have to place another CPC order again (this is my fourth ASM/CPC order for this set in 10 years). Finally able to finish the set off for good.

They told me 4-5 months for the 21 racks of 39mm green $25 chips and 12 racks of the 39mm black $100 chips. But said it would be much longer for the rack of 44mm $1000 chips. Maybe next June. At any rate, I will post pictures next year when they come in.

Awesome. Did your go with A mold or scroll for the 44mm chips? I'm in the same boat, placed an add order to my 39mm HHR set this year with some 44mm scrolls for bounties, they noted it would be quite a while before the 44mms would come up for pressing.

That's correct. I was told by David middle of next year for any 44mm chips.

Divide by 100 denoms, in for 120 finished for 285.

I don't want to keep posting because I'm taking over this thread but with four orbits played we've just seen a ONE OUTER on the river!

The person with QQ has been brutally stacked 3 times already in 2 hours so the whole game was calling for the Queen!

Then, when it hit, one player who has folded exposed that he had the last Q!

So much fun for a £30 buy-in game

Keep posting. That’s why this thread is here. I’d have posted more last night, but I was permanent dealer.

In that case i'll keep you all posted when stuff gets exciting!

All the Fracs are in Play (200x 25p and 100x50p) as are all the £1 chips (160)
I have an extra rack of £1s but they are heavy casino used and every other chip is Mint/NM so I don't want to mix them in.

£30 buy in between 7 players and I'd estimate £510 on the table so far (3 hours in) and omaha hasn't even started yet.

I'm really enjoying having $2, chips, we haven't got the £5s in play yet (it won't be long till they are) but it puts more chips on the table to create a deeper stacked feeling.

The horseshoe cut card is a nice touch, courtesy of @MatB - thanks for this!

Thanks again to @hoosierdonny for collecting this set for me!

The @desjgn cards were great last night. I was permanent dealer all night and loved the feel. Easy to read on the board from anywhere on the table.

Whats the craic with the cards? I've had a look at the pics and the look nice; are they unique design but match the quality of copag or gem?

In response to your other reply, I'll probably be the table dealer in a couple of hours... Always the way lol

Edit: Crac = craic

It’s an Irish term

Edit: or maybe British but all my Irish friends used it. Example: “it’s Friday night, what’s the craic?” meaning what’s happening, what’s good, where’s the fun, etc, etc.

It’s also pronounced like “crack”

Is that where "what's crackin'?" came from? :D

Lol what’s even funnier is that if something was a good time, i.e. last night’s poker game, you could say “It was good craic”

I'm pretty damn f***ed right now and I'll definitely say I'm having a good craic!

Funny you mentioned British Irish because I'm British Irish but never been to Ireland! I think it's just embedded between the two now.
