I have 2 racks of mint PCA secondary $1s for sale, and 2 racks of casino used fracs. The $1s need no description. Mint. The fracs are used. Flea bites, fading, a few darkened inlays some color transfers. These chips are still very usable they're just casino used. Definitely not bicycle tires. I'd say the biggest issue is fading on a good portion of them. Anyway I'll let the pics do their job.
