GLWS! I just sold the last of my Cleveland’s. Awesome starter set! Would have never let mine go if I didn’t need to raise some cash.

I’ll be honest, I don’t understand the “starter set/beginner set” comments on some of these threads lately.

How is this a starter set? Just because it’s not $3k+? This is a very nice, very playable set for almost any stakes.

Just seems a little snotty to me to call a great set like this a starter set imo.

A very nice set indeed. Only speaking for myself here.
When I say starter set, I mean a nice set of chips at 2008 prices that you don’t have to spend a year hunting down racks and barrels of individually to complete.
It’s all there for a great price!
Nice chips at nice prices comparably speaking.

These chips are awesome. I have 800 pieces of the Cincinnati version and everyone enjoys playing with them. I just ordered a rack of $25 Clevelands as I didnt think I could find Cincy's anymore....I was wrong

Awesome, GLWS !
And super flexible breakdown for games ranging from NL25 to NL200 games !

We have amzing standards here to consider this a beginner set. :ROFLMAO:

I agree. This set is an amazing cash set and will last you your lifetime. If I wasn't already deep into building my Cincinnati set I'd be all over this set.

Insert old man yells at cloud meme

If split, I'll take a small cash set of 300-400 chips:

75 x$1
125 x$5
60 x$25
30 x$100
10 x$500

or something like
100 x$1
160 x$5
100 x$25
30 x$100
10 x$500

Like walking into a 4000 square foot mansion “starter home.”

I personally feel like the prices on all these chips are overblown. It’s going to take me years to build a Paulson set on my middle class income allowance what with having a family and a mortgage.

Depends on what you are looking for. I don't want to thread jack this guy's sales thread so I'll just leave my comment at that.

Do what I do and think of chips as a cash savings account. Whenever I need money for a bill or some random BS I can sell some chips the same day to pay for whatever random stuff happened.
