Hey everyone

Newcomer from France here !
I've been lurking for quite some time here looking at classifieds, pr0n or some maintenance tips; essentially to check the market and keep myself updated on my poker chips passion!
But I decided to subscribe for good to get more involved in maybe some buying/selling and debates with fellow chip lovers from the other side of the Atlantic!

I kinda fell in love with chips after a trip to Vegas with my wife. Achieved a long time dream there to play some cash games in some of the most famous venues (Bellagio, Aria, etc...) and actually got in the same time my first experience with clay casino chips.
Once I got back in France, I had to get my hands on some for my home games. No more freaking Dice plastic chips!

Thanks to a great forum in France, kinda the equivalent of this one for us, I started big with an amazing home Top Hat & Cane Paulson set in very good condition (~500 chips), back in the days when it was possible to buy them for close to 1$/chip ! (I just saw recently that I'm now sitting on a pile of gold lol)
I complemented it progressively through the years with some great Jokers Wild hotstamp 25c fracs; then some 2,5$ pink Aztar; then some Roulette and complimentary Top Hat & Cane big denoms for my original set....
And here I am now with around 1000 chips in my living room and my wife screaming at me because they take too much space and I dont even use them!! Honey you just dont get it..!

Anyway here I am, looking forward to check on all the great information gathered around here about those precious chips !

Welcome! Sounds like you have a great set! Hope to see you postbaime pr0n soon!
Sounds like vegas was a blast for you, glad you got such a wonderful experience and saw the light on the darker side of all things paulson LOL  :ROFLMAO:
Watch out for TRKs! :p

Cheers, Brie
