I know this will be.... Impossible... But if anyone has any of the Paulson Singles, I'd love one for a card guard.

Yeah, stop laughing... I could get lucky. Ugh. Maybe...

Ugh.

For a poker chip guy, I ab-so-lutely hate Vegas....

..... But I could get some Sam's Towns and eat pretty well. I'm happy to overpay, Jackpot is where I play mostly and visit every two months, dad took me there and had me hang out in the truck for 6 hours when I was a kid. Questionable parenting aside, I've played with those cards nearly 30 years of my life.

That is a cool inlay. I like fun and happy inlays like that.
Agreed. When I saw that five, I cursed the stupid Bud Jones coin 1s they use now from 82..... Ugh. Those fives are beautiful.

If I had those, I would never give them up.... I guess that's true of all my chips

I like the 25 a lot, if I ever saw one I would most definitely over pay for one.

I love cactus Pete's. It's my halfway stop on my way to Arizona if I'm not driving straight through.

Yeah. Pete's is pretty hard to beat. They comp nearly everything. Rooms are free, and the buffet isn't bad. Can't beat single deck blackjack either. And free booze. Damn. I need to go to Jackpot.

You can find the $5 but the $25 is very very tough. I don’t have my price guide but i am sure it would go for more than $1k for one.

I'd rather have the five anyways. I'd be glad to get any random one from the Generation...

Wow I didn’t know casino chips can go for this much. That’s insane. I guess I just look at all chips like they are just chips to be played with and never as memorabilia. Boy am I wrong, lol.

What makes a chip worth $1k? I mean this as a serious I know nothing about singles from Vegas. Is it purely out of scarcity?

I'm surprised casino managers don't smuggle the Nevada chips out in hordes before cremation of the clay.

Like many other collectibles, most of the rarer, highly sought after chips were made and destroyed before people started collecting them. The chips above were made in the early 1960s and may have been on the tables maybe to the late 70s. Back then, most were either destroyed, thrown out or sitting in someones garage or attic waiting to be found.

I love these chips, too. I have the $5 but cant find my scan of it. here are few others that have the same logo.
