up to 400 chips = medium flat rate box $14.50
500 chips = large flat rate box $20

500 could fit in medium flat rate box but there is no protection from impact damage on the top or bottom of package only the sides.

You can ship 400 chips in a FR padded envelope. 2 SFRB, each with 200 chips, triple packaged inside the padded FR envelope.

I won't is more accurate. I would if they were cheap plastics but nice clays no way.

I wouldn't ship 200 chips in a SFRB. But with a layer of bubble wrap woven around the barrels inside, with the boxes thoroughly taped and triple-wrapped in padded mailers (and taped up like a brick), it can be done.

YMMV.
