Maybe PCF should have a clock set to whatever time zone the mods want and auctions can close at "PCF" time. According to the web it is 09:34 PST and the auction says 10:00 PST

We are in daylight hours, so we should really be using only PDT. No where in the world is PST a thing right now.

Or we could avoid confusion and just call it PT or PPT (pacific prevailing time)
