Spinner = warped chip. Because they’re slightly concaved if you put them on a flat surface you can “spin” them.

Proper storage isn’t difficult. Just put them in a rack with other flat chips, and keep them out of direct sunlight. Also, keep them somewhere that isn’t damp or humid.
