According to the boxes the marking is called "Sun Ray". I don't think that they are Bakelite. Feel like clay.

I have a used roulette felt off of a table from Caesars Palace framed on the wall. Sometimes we take it down and I grab a small wheel and we play. But I may just have to go ahead and build a real table and wheel now. Need to find a good hookup for a quality thrust bearing.
