I don't think they make these any more. I believe they were made years ago. I happen to find these on Ebay. I'm sure chips will pop up every now and then. Just have to get lucky with timing.

Is there a lot of spinners with these chips are they pretty flat and what is the texture on top

These are flat. No spinners as the chips have a rough texture, not smooth or matte finish. Nice colors and fun graphics on them.
