It's mainly the fact that it's a giant inlay on a mold (RHC) that doesn't match the rest of the set (THC). Plus I don't believe you could get the fives in mint condition like the rest of the set.
I don't mind them actually. Perfect for a mixed giant inlay set. If I didn't already have plenty of Aces $5 these would be a good alternative at .75c each. GLWS
I don't mind them either. But they do pale next to the wonderful $1 and the excellent $25.
And if you look at a picture of the original Caruthersville line-up next to a picture of the Caruthersvilles with a replacement chip that is much heavier on the red color, the difference in impact is like night and day.
Oh, and in my mixed giant inlay set I use the far, far, far superior Bahamia Milleniums. :
