All these years and i'm still in love with those Aladdins :)

Well , I have finally completed the Tropicana Third Edition set. Although the $5 and $25 chips are available, the $1, $100, And $500 are very hard to find in quantity. I do believe this is the only Tropicana Third Edition set out there with a rack of The $1, $100, and $500.I had great fun pulling it all together.

I remember seeing a post from a guy who lived in france and picked up an MGM set, just paid straight cash from the cage for it.. Anyone have a link where i can see this insane set again?

Sahara NCV Solid hotstamps. Made originally for an 80s Blackjack tournament, from memory. Minty.

Edit - to add the one black chip I have, and some yellows I had for a while. The yellows are much rarer than even the whites, but the condition didn't match. Although originally made for said Blackjack tournament, these chips were used for daily Poker tournaments in the 00s, and the yellows were all casino worn so they didn't stay.

I had 2000+ chips at peak, down to a 700 set now and my mate has a 500 set.

Just flicking through this old thread. Great set, didn't realise there were others based in perth that appreciated proper chips. I thought I was the only one haha.
There aren't many of us in this huge state, some of my punters just yawn .....but the smart ones appreciate good chips

Dibs on the flamingos!!!

Nice set!
Sorry David. Hopefully some day I will have a 1000 just to have a limit set of those. May have to go with solid blues for awhile till I can finish the spotted $1's. After looking at those NYNY today I may have to build a limit set of those too

I hear you! I finally got to about 820 and might stop at 1000. Please keep in mind that the sanctuary is always taking in new members.

I should have put my set in this thread instead of starting a new one the other day (who can name the pinball machines in the background ...there are six visible) (y)

Just curious what do the current Flamingo 1 dollar chips look like? Thinking about adding them to a mixed set.
