Things that make you Happy (4 Viewers)

On Saturday I took my kids skiing for the first time ever. My 5 year old loved it and turned out to be a really fast learner!

Afterwards she asked me "Dad, can we go skiing again tomorrow?" and I was like "When the fuck did you learn English??"

Three years later! Still makes me happy!

Good lawyers !!
My son's reckless driving was not only reduced from reckless to speeding before the trial occurred, but then he got the judge to bring it down to PBJ with no points and only the fines + court fees. Huge win, considering that is now a jailable misdemeanor in the state of MD and 6 points with a possible license suspension.

What make me happy is buying Poker related stuff and it arrived at your doorstep. Open those stuff make me happy.

If all else is fail, titties, make me happy!

Sorry if I offend any woman here.

I guess judge was told behind closed doors that the young man was delivering your chips.;)

Dealing! After 15 years, I still love it. two days ago I got to deal duece to seven to Dnegs, and then the last four hours of the 10k omaha8 day two. They just got into the money and it was pretty intense. It was fun until I got confused on quartering a three chip pot, and by confused I mean I just looked at the chips and hands for like four extra seconds trying to make sure who was in position. If you blink for one second in those big games, the players will not hesitate to tell you exactly what to do.

Yeah, as @upNdown said, Probation Before Judgement. Essentially, no points or anything (especially no jail time); however, if he gets a ticket within the next year, not only will they not reduce that, they could enforce the previous judgement and stick it to him. PBJ is the best outcome as, while it goes on your driving record, it will not increase the car insurance payments or put points on the license.

He's about to start driving the trucks at work too, so had he had points or the reckless on his record, that wouldn't have happened, and he'd more likely than not need to find a new job.

He's been lectured enough by me to slow down (but not too slow) ;)

I’ve seen some coverage of uncertain dealers in WSOP mixed games over the years and those players seem very happy to just run those games themselves.
But that’s a cool job.
How’s the new dealing rating system working out for you? Is it a big deal?

Lol this is a great way to put it: that extra second of hesitation in my head then the rest of my brain needs to independently fact check all other parts of the hand which leads to an extra extra few seconds!

I'll agree but I just deal for fun. I love helping people at the table and making sure the game runs smoothly, feels like a rhythm.

a lot of talk about it. But not too big of a deal I'm guessing. They have a daily reward system for the top three dealers who get the highest/most ratings. But I'm not sure if they will be posting the ratings otherwise. It would be cool to see our ratings, but they haven't mentioned it. While I was dealing the O8 in the back of mind I was thinking, shit, they might give me one star! haha. It's funny, those guys are playing for six figures+ but I often feel like the most nervous person at the table.
