I got racks and racks offered of these types of chips with the horse mold but I have no clue what they are and what the value is / correct price to buy would be.

Can someone tell me what they are and also, what a decent price is for a rack?

It is a unicorn, not a horse. Not worth much. Those look torn up, maybe 5 cents or less a chip.

There is a Chipco version of these that were quite hefty and had a great feel, texture, etc. Most are cheap plastic though, kind of like the super diamond mass produced, cheap plastic chips. They are probably worth less than a nickel apiece.
