I just want to run this by people more familiar with what’s expected from BR Pro Poker.

I added on some chips to my Tiki King set, and the colors just seem a little off from what I currently had.

In the photo below, the top 10 of the barrel are from the new batch, and bottom 10 are chips I already had.

Here is a barrel by barrel comparison (left being new, right being my current chips):

Looking to see if this is normal variance when dealing with ceramics, or I had a bad batch. Or maybe the colors change over time.

Thanks for any input.

I’m on the process of getting prototypes so I’d be curious to know the answer to this, I don’t want the colors to be this uneven.

I would reach out and ask, they are very responsive! I ordered my custom set 2 years ago and just ordered some more to add on last week, hoping they look as good as my current set.

I ordered my tiki kings from them a couple years ago. Not sure if this is normal or not but my black tiki kings seem to have white spots/more faded color on the sides of them. The front/back of the chips were fine. About 30% of my blue tiki kings looked a little faded on the front/back and sides. Almost like the ink was running out. This was my first real poker set so I wasn't sure if this was normal or not. I didn't notice anything wrong with the rest of the chips/colors (green, orange, red, white).

Did you ask BR PRO?

I have countless orders from them and there has never been an issue.

I'm sure they will make this right. Good luck.

Br Pro has some of the best customer service around. I would reach out for sure and get their input.

I would imagine black would be one of the more difficult colours in terms of consistency.

This has reminded me I wish I hadn’t sold mine….

i received my BR poker chips Friday and have to say I'm impressed. i went with the wicked spades chips but had them switch them up a little bit on denominations and colors. they turned out awesome
Great to hear. Great company to work with. Give us the pictures!

Did you let them know this was an add on? They have upgraded their printers, and, I think they still have the ability to print on the older machines...at least they use to.

Do you like their new printers or their old printer better? I’m thinking about buying another set. Curious which printer people prefer.
