It doesn’t work as a justification for stealing designs and knocking off copies either. “Not everybody can afford expensive chips”. Then not everybody gets to have them! Jesus! I can’t afford an expensive watch. Guess what’s on my wrist? NOTHING!

It’s fine to not budget for expensive chips. Almost everybody is like that. Other things take priority.

Just quit coming here and whining about it.

Sell your chips, quit your data plan and the device you are using to access PCF, and go save the world. Nobody’s interested on your personal problems nor your opinion on what other people should be doing with their money.

I assume this is aimed at me because I’ve made some tribute designs for fun.

Not sure what your issue is with using a famous design and putting my spin on it. And your watch example doesn’t make sense, what you’re saying is “I can’t afford expensive poker chips so guess what, I won’t play with any chips at all!” 🤨

Brother, if you can’t see the hypocrisy in your statements, then I can’t help you.

This whole website is a discussion board, that is the point of it. I didn’t bring up the topic and nor was I whining about it, that’s just how you feel.

If you read my first post about expensive chips, it was about grumpy, old man comments I’ve seen many times telling people to “just save up and buy Paulsons”. My comment was that many people can’t afford, and in turn are content with something like Tina’s.

You took issue with that and you also somehow missed all of that context and chose to quote me and someone else pretending like we are not happy with Tina’s and are only bitching and whining that “life is unfair because we can’t own paulsons”

Get a grip buddy, I come onto this website and say things sometimes, and so do you. Again, it’s going to be ok, you will get through this tough moment in your life.

The problem is that’s exactly what we did. And if you can’t do it we can’t help you, you will always be helpless.

My parents didn’t steal your parents Paulsons and gift them to me when I was born. I’ve worked hard and saved for everything I have. Maybe harder than you.

I’m glad you worked hard in your life and achieved what you wanted. I hope now that you’re older life calms down and you get to relax and enjoy the little things.

We could raise a bounty for someone to recreate a compression clay formula that the forum likes based on publicly available info (and some tinkering), and just do future group buys like kickstarters through them.

There has to be some enterprising under 25 year old member that will try it.

It seems I can’t afford first class tickets though?!! Can some of you guys send me some bucks so I can enjoy some transient luxury for a little while? It won’t improve anyone’s life but I’d enjoy it.

Damn. See my entire line of argument was centered around a lot of people (people vital to growing the hobby) not being able to afford the top tier, so maybe don't shit on their custom Tinas or BRPros. And yet the panties have been ruffled to the extreme by that... I rest my case.
