What an incredible find! To my knowledge, this casino never wound up opening. Hopefully I can scrounge up some cash to get a set.

@FestiveKnight there have been two types of material Gemaco chips sold on PCF before, one soft plastic and the other a hard plastic (ABS?). Softer material is of course superior, and looking at the pics I'd guess that's what these are, but obviously I don't know for sure. If OP is willing to sell by the barrel, maybe pick one up and see how you like them? :)

Here's a Tropicana Evansville thread showing Gemaco chips that have a lot of crossover with these Lucky DragonZ

I've got a handful of Trop Aruba chips by Gemaco that mostly match the chips featured and they're some of my favorite feeling chips ever... like buttery plastic I guess I'd say. Shuffle marvelously, great sound and feel in the hand:

The Eagle Arubas don't feel as good in my hand. I don't know if this is because they're new, or if they are perhaps a sharp-edged version of Gemacos, whereas the Trop chips maybe are somewhat chamfered? The large inlays on the Trops match the Lucky DragonZ and based on the photos the DragonZ are either nicely worn in or have the chamfered edge already.

Considering what a good set would be! Great re-label candidate chips too :)

If they're anything like the Tropicanas I can say they stack like bricks. They're SUPER heavy almost to the point of annoying. Quality wise I think they're kind of ass. There's "hairs" on them and the labels are bubbled, sometimes badly. But they're cheap. If I was in the market for some cheap "utility" chips I'd be all over this deal. In fact, where were you 8 months ago OP. I would have bought like 3000.

Damn - I'm going to put a cash set together for my friend's low stake game. What a gift for his birthday!

10 barrels - 1s
10 barrels - 5s
2 barrels - 25s
1 barrel - 100s

Just need to figure out the shipping.....

Are they ceramic chips or plastic fake clay.
They're a mid-grade casino plastic, similar to Abbiati, Matsui, Bud Jones, etc (although most would argue those three are the higher end of casino plastic).

Don't feel anything like ceramic and aren't trying to feel like clay

Are the inlays recessed? Like can you get a fingernail between the inlay and edge of the chip?

Curious if it could take a label.

I'd like one barrel of $2s and one barrel of $300s. If I like the feel of them, I'll come back with a larger order.

Interested in a barrel if you’ll do it (and are willing to ship in a padded envelope instead of a SFRB):

3x full sample sets, and 1 extra single of the $2 and $300 denoms

No problem if not
