They're still Paulsons, just home market variety. I'm not sure about value, but they're relatively popular due to the THC mold and shaped inlays. My guess would be in the $2-3 / chip ballpark.

Those are Paulson chips produced on the web mold.

Are they always: shaped inlay = web mold; round inlay = TH&C? Just curious...

The TH&C mold chips come both ways. Don't remember if the web molds had any round inlays; I sold all of mine.
