Hybrid chips have a label affixed during manufacturing. There is a $80 fee per set for printing and applying the labels. If multiple people use the same label art, the $80 fee will be split accordingly.

Limited to US buyers unless you have a US shipping address. International customers can use the direct air shipping option. This order will take approximately 70-90 days to arrive in the US after the order is placed. It will then be shipped out to you. Is it possible to take a hybrid-mold (web, greek...) and make a full print on it instead of a sticker? Like with the non-hybrid cards mold?
I somehow can't find the answer anywhere, maybe nobody else was ever so stupid to think about this?

Printing in the center would not be very good, and on one side there would be mold indentions. So the short answer is no

Couldn’t Tina print first then put through the web mold? Or am I missing the production process?

They come as is. If you wanted a yellow $500 the label is purple so you would have a purple denom on a yellow chip

Correct, you would have to pay a label fee if using anything besides what is available for free
