I tend to go with 8 on these type of molds and if I had to choose it would be that, but 12 and 16 work for me too.

Can someone create a whisky glass with a cigar on top? Since folks don't like to rip off cigar & snifter mold, it would be a tribute mold.

Ha, Web mold is my favourite btw, if there is a vote to choose one only I will vote for a poker theme because of how common the web mold is

The catch is that anything the runs around the whole edge is going to have to compete with web mold. I suspect that is part of the problem with sun mold.

But really I personally see web and jester as the two core molds now. Web being close to CSQ and jester being close to THC. I don't think anything like web mold is going to really compete with it. Its the ubiquitous mold for tinas. I think something closer in style to THC that could be more neutral than the jester hat could do better. Hence so far I think palm mold is my top bet.

I thought the Jester mold felt the best. Something about it felt really solid. I didn't end up going with it for my cash set because I didn't like the jester hat. If we had something just like Jester but more neutral in "theme" then I would probably go with that for the tournament set I want to order. Otherwise, web or hat/cane are the clear winners in my opinion.

Agreed. The most interesting thing IMO is something FDL-like with a series of icons rather than a continuous geometric pattern. Though I think this opinion is in the minority

- Greek

Icons:
- Jester
- CHC

House molds:
- Tangiers


I think there is a perfect opportunity for another icon and or house mold (with a 25mm inlay as well for a little more size variety)

1.playboy bunny
2. Whisky glass and cigar
3. Palm tree

I think the bunny has just as much relation if not more to magic/casinos/ luck than a jester hat or hat/cane. The palm just looks classy. Glass and cigar are well natural parts of any poker game.

The cards/suits mold seems to be the best bet to sell though.
