What size does the label artwork have to be? My father (a graphic artist) designed the labels and is asking if they must be the exact print size of (ex 25mm for CHC). I’m not a designer but assumed you can make a large file and Tina just fits it in.

He is sending me 25mm images and they are not high enough resolution to use in the Chipmatic App. If he made a larger file it would likely work

Images should be at least 300x300 pixels. So long as they are that large, they will be scaled appropriately. (The 300px minimum is to ensure that users don't use low resolution images that would come out blurry).

Are the pictures we put in the chip creator what is used to print or just to see what they look like?

In your case we will use your separate art file for labels. In chipmatic it will just be fro a preview of the chips
