You’ve got a collection of really nice chips from someone who likely collected sample sets & barrels when they were widely available (and cheap). Not a playable set though.
I see WTHCs, PCAs, Horsehoes, Protégés, Terribles, and at least one other fantasy set. Maybe some cheap sluggos or china clays as well.

Welcome to PCF! You have a mix of different chips in there. Agree it’s not really playable. Also it is very hard to tell what the actual condition is, which matters as well. Some look good and some look pretty used.
If you are looking to try to sell them, your best bet is to break them apart into their respective sets and then even possibly by denomination and then auction off the parts.
