Just spent some time paging through the old designs and this is so fun. The Tropicana, Sands and Tangiers designs are particularly awesome!
Welcome to the fun! Your savings account (and spouse, if applicable) are going to hate this forum - but if you are already having this much fun, you are going to LOVE it around here! :) Broken Arrow GBs are definitely a great place to start!

I'm a singles collector but am fascinated with tribute chips that look like real chips from LV casinos. (Sands, Trop, Mirage, etc) If you look through the 2 lists:

https://www.pokerchipforum.com/threads/hybrid-mold-pre-designed-sets.115859/
https://www.pokerchipforum.com/threads/cards-mold-textured-no-mold-pre-designed-sets.115855/

There are some amazing designs. I don't need to get large sets, I would prefer to just get a few of each design/denom. Unfortunately the $80 label charge drives the price too high...but....that charge can be split among all the people ordering the same design.

So my ask of the group is: is there anyone else interested on collaborating on buying chips of the same design to split the label fee? Everyone would still put in the order with Justin directly, but we would all know the label fee would get split. For me if I can get 4-6 people that would probably make it cheap enough for me to pull the trigger.

To keep it simple DM me directly if you have interest in any of these designs:

Hi Justin,

I'm looking to do a custom chip order of Tina Chips since I heard you do them pretty well. I saw a lot of questions here that were helpful but was wondering if the entire chip can be designed? or do they have to follow a rough template. I would love to dm and discuss but I have just joined so I cannot.

Thanks!

Yes, you can design the entire chip with whatever you can imagine. I also built a tool for designing chips that you can use: https://chipmaticstudio.com/

Send me a pm when they open up with any questions

I am new here, is there a price for the custom chips that are made with chipmaticstudio? I tried searching but could not find that info.

May I please have:
75 x 43mm No Mold Caribe $1,000
75 x 43mm No Mold Caribe $5,000
50 x 43mm No Mold Caribe $500

25 x 43mm unprinted blanks for flattening

5 x 43mm racks shipped simultaneously.

All for now.

Thanks…

@justincarothers if I get denominated labels for my set and another member gets non-denominated (tournament) labels for the same set, do we still get to split the label fee?

And related to that topic, anyone interested in ordering CDI cash chips on 39 mm hybrid web mold and splitting the label fee? (I missed the October sale when they were “no fee”)

I've been eyeing these since i got a barrel of 500s in. They sound/feel amazing and the art is beautiful. Gonna think it over some more, but i may end up joining you in lowering the fee

Hello, I'm new here but looking to order the KGB Pandas with a few modifications. If I wanted to swap some of the labels to different colors (ex: 5c label onto Red instead of the pale color), or if I wanted to take off the cent/dollar denominations entirely - would this all be covered, or would it require the $80 fee to customize?

I am interested in custom design.
Can you tell me what format I should use for label?

Labels can be swapped to any chip. Label fee applies for all hybrid orders. We can most likely remove the denoms if needed. You would not be able to split the $80 label fee with those that order regular Panda labels

Best format is .ai or SVG
I don't have any clue how to get it done. I guess I can download Adobe and get it done during the free trial. Can you give me some pointers? size?
Also can I order chips with my design? Spots, colors, etc.?

You can full customize the chip and label. There is a link in the op to a sample .ai file

So, considering the label fee for pandas this time is $0,

If I swapped the 5 cent label to a different color chip, it would still be $0?

Anybody interested in splitting label fees on some CDI? We have 2 so far, the more we get, the lower the fee goes, who needs to add on to their current sets or start a new one?

How much would postage be to Ireland on 500 39mm chips?

That is correct. You can swap the labels to any chip
