Hi,

I want to design a paulson clay chips set with the Norwegian currency as shown below, and I would love to get help on how to proceed. If someone could help me with conducting the design on the actual chips it would be greatly appreciated (I could also pay a small amount for that)

Cool idea! Plenty of great designers on the forum that could help you with that (with a well-deserved fee for their time).

@Okku is a great recommendation.

Good luck and welcome to the forum!

Hello!

You cant really design a chip and have it made by paulson. But you can design a label and relabel a paulson set. Or you can design and have cpc make your chips.

I use the Chipmatic tool to make mockups of colours/edge spots etc. Then you can order them from Justin group buys/Tina. Fun to use and play around with.

I actually made one similarly for Canadian currency. Very rough but the colours are similar for the coins/bills, I thought it would be a fun idea for a cash set. This one would have chips for the small denoms and plaques for the large denoms. (the plaques are not my design, they are Timinators, I just bought some of the plaques used from Tchan and I'm showing them here for visuals)

I could be of help to you. When you have more posts send me a PM and we can talk more!

Thanks for the great response in this thread. Really appreciated. I do not necessarily need paulson chips, I just want the same type of clay/quality. I will reach out to you BeReal once I have done a little bit more research. Again thanks!

Welcome! It really depends on your budget in order to guide you properly. Indeed, there are Tina ceramic chips, but there are also other manufacturers that people more knowledgeable than me will be able to recommend. That said, CPC is, in my opinion, the option that could suit you best — but everything depends on your budget, the number of chips, etc.

I am thinking 1200 chips + 40 placs (if possible). Want clay, not ceramic. I obviously want value for money, but dont have a specific budget in mind, as the chip set will be for arranging home games the next 20-30 years:)

This is inspiration for the design I want for the chip (sensoring the name of the club).

If you want clay you are either have to put in an order to CPC and wait for a long time (and wait until they open orders again), or spend the time and money on a Paulson hunt here in the classifieds. That hunt will be made harder by how many postings are conus only. I hope money isn't an issue because 1200 chips is going to be upwards of $5,000 usd more than likely.
