Dal Negro Virgolone ? what are your thoughts on these (2 Viewers)

Pics above show NTP cards I bought recently. I did not know that they 4 pip regular index, otherwise I would steer clear away from them but I am not complaining.
Love the packaging (all cards should be sold like that), plastic box is solid but does not snap close, still great way to store cards.
They feel great almost a little paper feel (bit fuzzy under fingertips). Closest in feel are Belgian stock Cartamundi (NEDER, Tobago and son) but NTP are a bit stiffer.
The faces are ugly, red ink dark and 4 pips unacceptable to most.
On the bright side they shuffle great, have nice backs.
Cant say anything about durability yet.

As I said before my pick from Dal Negro so far are Grand Slams (Texas line is to stiff and borderline plastic in feel).

I wonder if I find NTP in bridge and bright red?

I’ve got to get ahold of those NTP cards to try.

Are they poker size with standard index?

All the comments above are consistent in what I felt with my decks. Grainy/textured feel. More effort involved in shuffling - not sure if that is due to heavier card stock or texture. Although Dal Negro cards are fantastic cards, there are other decks that feel better when shuffling and dealing.
what others do you like better then these ? if I may ask

To anyone that has these cards how do you like them ?

Any input is appreciated
I recently picked up several decks via Chiplab. IMHO, they are really nice cards. They are a bit thicker/stiffer than typical Copags (which are quite thin). However, they feel less stiff than typical Modiano Texas Poker cards. They are noticeably textured/grainy, but they feel just fine to me. Kinda nice, really. Easy to shuffle, too.

I'd say they are a very good deal at about $7 /deck with free shipping and typical Chiplab promo in effect.

I have the Virgolone in both poker and bridge size jumbo and can confirm the texture is somewhat harsh.

For dal negro, I prefer the grand slam and NTP

I have copags, I have broken arrows, I have bicycle prestige’s, I even have multiple different angels. But for some reason, anytime we use a dal negro deck my draws are incredible all night. My favorite are the treviso ones with the liberty statue

Most players have their lucky deck.....

How would you rate the flex on those? I love Dal Negro in general, but these Freedom ones I find to be so extremely stiff to the point of unusable. By far the thickest stock of any cards I own. Since it's a recent buy, I'm now wondering if it might have something to do with the antibacterial coating they're advertising for all their decks recently.

I don’t think they’re thick at all compared to fades spades. For me, the freedoms are comparable to bicycle prestige’s. The freedoms gather, spread, pitch, and riffle well imo. They are kinda brittle (my stepdad threw his cards at the wall and chipped a card’s corner), but that’s with excessively rough handling.

These are def on the thicker side for sure and not all that much flex but they are nice cards but they don't bend like a copag or something like that

Hmm, I feel like the Dal Negro Freedoms aren't too thick or stiff at all. They're some of my favorite cards to deal with.
Interesting... I feel like whatever I read about these doesn't seem to reflect the 2 Freedom decks I have. With .35 mm they are the thickest cards I own. For comparison: Dal Negro Texas Hold'em measures .31 mm. Flex on those is on a whole other level, very comparable to Fournier 2818/Casino.

Maybe the Freedoms take more time to break in? Might have to give them another chance.

I got all of my freedoms from Spinetti’s in Vegas I believe, if that has anything to do with it.
