For sale is a large lot of CDI 98 chips. These chips belonged to @allforcharity who recently passed away. I am selling his chips on behalf of his family. Please bear with me with these sales since I'm not totally sure what's the best way to do it. I also do not know chips nearly as well as I know tables, so the prices may need to be adjusted. What we're looking for is just fair market value or slightly under. Not looking to make a killing here for max profit, just something reasonable.

For now, these chips will be sold based on value per chip. I don't actually know the full quantity of chips yet but I will be getting them in person to take proper counts and photos. In the meantime, these photos will have to suffice.

Please let me know if you are interested. Preference goes to whoever wants to take them all, but if not then will split as long as they're all accounted for.

Payment via PayPal. Will ship anywhere in the world, buyers pay for actual shipping costs and any duties/tariffs that may be due. The default shipping method will be Canada Post, but I will explore other carriers to see who's the cheapest/fastest/safest depending on the buyer's preference.

Total chips: 4,130 (approx) + rebuys, bounties, dealer buttons, plaques and box

Quantities are not verified.

If these prices are out of whack, any input is appreciated and I will make the changes. I hope everyone's ok with the adjustments within the first 24 hours.

Also available is a wooden box with an engraved plaque as well as CDI Plaques. I don't know if the plaques go with this set or his other CDI set.

Plaques will be sold in a different sale.

Yeah $8.50/chip seems more correct in this market and since there’s so many.

“My opinion based on quantities that are out there that come up for sake from time to time:

$1 and $25 - about $3.50-$4 each
$5 and $100 - about $4.50-$5 each
$500 - about $5.50-$6 each
$0.50 - about $6-8 each
$1000 - varies widely from $8-$15 each

The above represent both supply and demand. Poorer but playable condition chips will get a bit less.

Shaped inlay chips ($25, $100, $500) tend to go for $8-$10 each, while the shaped $5 closer to $10-15 each.”
