Happy for you!! Nice all around setup there!Much to the amusement of my local poker group, I'm happy to report that after over 3 years I finally got my shit together enough to host my FIRST (and 2nd) poker game(s) in the past couple weeks. Both games were full with many good friends who blindly, "Followed the Fish" into my basement to put themselves at the mercy of the poker gods; Paris chips were the flavor of [both] days
It feels great to finally be able to take part in this thread and I definitely couldn't have done it without everyone here on PCF, so thanks PCF for helping make my poker dreams a reality!

Had a small but lively REBUY tourney today. Got the IPS set into play, and it was a lot of fun. Chips were well liked by all. Nobody was put off by the size differences of the chips, across the denoms.

Was a lot of fun. I didn’t bust out first. Not a win though, I just don’t know how to win tourneys anymore. Not sure how I’ve become a really bad tournament player. It is what it is. I had a blast nonetheless. Special guest was forum member @LotsOfChips . As well, I was able to bring a player to the PCF world….he is @starlord , a good buddy who will take the plunge here. He wishes to start his home game so I brought him here.

Just snapping a few pics of the new Cali set on its first night in play. Still waiting on about half to arrive Monday, but was lucky enough to get one of the packages in time for Saturday nights game. And just enough of each denomination, too! It was my first night playing the white chips as $100 chip, so that took some adjusting, but not much. I’m looking forward to the entire set having the B&B badges. For tonight, only the $100s did, but the rest arrived 2 hours prior to game time, so whatdyagonnado? Playing them as Tigers wasn’t exactly a big let down. lol
In truth, everyone raved about the chips. And some were gaga over the yellows, others by the blurple, still others the Aqua or whites. The opinion on a favorite varied, but everyone agreed they are awesome! Thanks so much to @kk405 for taking such awesome care of me and my game! Can’t wait to see the rest of the chips and get the whole set in play very soon!

Didn’t get a chance to take many pics being glued to G7
Another fun night of mixed games with the guys. It was also on of theirs birthday so we picked up a bunch of bun Bo hue and banh mi. Watched a bit of game 7 of the World Series so game started late and slow but after that things got spicy! Overall I didn’t do too well as I kept getting quartered in Big O or second best low in scarney. Still a great night of poker and I was able to get my newly complete set of Casablancas in play. We had 10 players which is amazing, but we just did two after the dealer sit out most games. Picking up food for all 10 people made me feel like I was working for Uber Eats. Last stack picture is not mine, it’s the player on my left. Ended the night with a couple rounds of $50 baseball flips.
