Anyone else having the same issue with cards sticking together when pushing them over with your thumb while dealing? Have you found any solution besides tossing these bricks in the trash or using them as 2x4s to build a house? They’re seriously that thick and stiff!

I haven’t noticed that yet. Only used these in one game so far:

They definitely don’t slide on the felt as far/ easy as other brands, so I think they are more textured. Does take some adjustment.

Also have used the previous 3.0 and ‘normal’ FSX, don’t remember that issue either. Although other brands have the opposite issue where the top card almost slides off the stump on it’s own when you put the deck down.

Thanks for the info ! The cards in my setup are definitely causing issues

More often then not two cards stick together when pushing off with thumb right before springing them off

It’s beyond annoying

I have had cards that were sticky right out of the box. I don't know much about material science but someone mentioned it may be caused by how they're stored or sealed. I washed them with room temp water and a tiny bit of soap, dried them off then laid them out for a few minutes, then put them away. Next day they no longer stuck.

Your mileage may vary. Don't leave them out too long or I'd be concerned about bowing,

Agreed. This will happen in any moist and humid environment, no matter the card stock.

Faded Spades in particular are really textured and have some kind of coating on them that does make them stick on occasion. I put a setup of the newest iteration of the bridge size cards into play earlier this year, and it was the first time someone didn't ask for a deck change with using Faded Spades. No misdeals or sticking was observed. But especially with Faded Spade, YMMV.
