Is this so you can start and stop your shower remotely? Why would anyone buy this? I can’t think of any benefits that a screen interface would add to a shower. Maybe if you had a teenaged boy and wanted to limit the length of their showers or something I guess.
Can you download shower statistics from it? Does it give feedback to help people take more efficient showers?

Having to shower in the kids bathroom because the master shower uses a screen/tablet interface and somehow screen/shower are no longer connected devices.

Not everything HAS to be a screen. Almost nothing should ONLY be a screen.

Jeepers, didn’t realize y’all were getting it as well. From my very little subjective experience, the greater EU public and consumers did not seem like the people to mess with.

I would’ve thought that XaaS creep would’ve been stopped with how strongly consumer protection is, y’all got the right to fix on electronics, staved off a couple of other shittifications of products.

Man, ain’t that the truth.

Come to think of it, every single thing we’ve purchased for the house has asked for login. Buy a fridge? Had to get the Samsung home app. Setting up adt security? Had to get google home. Tv? Wouldn’t even allow me access to download apps like Hulu and other streaming services until I signed into a google account.

And everything is a click wrap agreement.

Lol every company in the world has all my data, yet I still have to drive around with all my birthplace documentation.

Confusing times to be sure.
