How is it that two different sellers have the same chips? Is it because neither is the creater of the design/chip, or is one just blatantly ripping off the others design

The Nevada Jacks skulls chips have had different legit manufacturers over the years, but it is my understanding that ABC/BRPro have had the rights to these since 2011. There are knock-offs currently made in other places, but I’m unsure the status/source of the ones offered by Chip Cave.
If you want to definitely get the authentic NJ skulls, go to BRPro. It’s a guarantee of the real thing and the quality will certainly be best.

Imo, not a big fan of chip cave. They market stuff like Monte Carlo chips like they're premium "clay composite" and all their propritary chips suck. Desert Heat looks cool until you see the "red" chips are the color of bloody poo. Plus they don't even give you a full range on their sample sets.

If you do a search on Chip Cave you will find quite a few frustrated customers. Some happy ones as well. I only have experience with BR PRO and their services have been excellent every time. Good luck.

Really there are only 4 storefronts that I personally recommend. Discount Poker and The Poker Store for low end stuff. BRPro and Apache for mid-tier stuff. Justin also has an impecable reputation if you want to group buy. Hope to get in on that soon myself.

Before I knew better, I bought stuff from Chip Cave. I have subsequently bought a custom set from BR Pro. I’d do business again all day with BR Pro. I may not need chips at this stage, but dealer buttons, custom whatever…they are super friendly, easy to work with and stay in constant contact. None of which can be said by Chip Cave. Order, pray, then have buyer remorse with Chip Cave has been my experience.

Personally I would describe my experience with chipcave as "meh " which is unfortunate because the owner is pretty chill
