@Tommy I know anyone who posts in a classifieds ad can potentially leave feedback, but would you mind explaining what warrants negative feedback being removed, or point me in a direction where I can see the criteria?

Not an all related to this situation because I don’t know the specifics, but it does bring forth an interesting question about feedback removal. In the instance presented in OP, I would think negative feedback is actually warranted and should remain given the proper research and evidence.

Equally annoying is the guy that "releases dibs" because he changed his mind on wanting the item up for sale.

If you dibs a sale, you committed to buying it. If you change your mind and the seller is willing to let you out, fine. Perhaps the seller will leave a sale open to find a different buyer at the same price. But if you commit to buy chips, the sale is done.

This is why I rarely post a dibs sale, because there are enough (not a lot, but enough) flakier people out there who dibs and then do not communicate, or do not have the intent on quick followup, or just really want to have the option to worm out of it.

i had the same shit happen to me ..... i posted dids and sold .....( i even had people post me saying nice pick up.)........i posted the seller and hours later he informed me that someone pmed him before my dis and they were sold ...... total bullshit .......i dont know why there was never a post time stamped saying sorry sold or the other guy posting dibs even whitin minutes of mine ..... i complained and gave negative feedback .... which they took off the negative feedback cuz a transaction never occured
