Yes, if a bid is placed in the last 5 mins, the listing is extended. Implement on the 14th.

i think this is more effectient but itll definitely take time to get used to
since the bid was done at 9:57 the auctioned extended until 10:05 not 10:03 like the old way, which caused the misnuderstanding.
the 10:04 bid counts, and it extends the bidding until 10:10 increments of minutes if i understand correctly
