Calm before the storm on Thursday Night:

I replaced my diffuser the other week & pinched the led strip when I put the rail back on causing damage that I visually couldn't live with. With some great advice from @jamesjkim I purchased a new one off of Amazon. it was on my doorstep less than 24hours later and installed in about 30 minutes right before gametime--LET'S GO!!!

THANKS for attending @Monaco, @esapigao, @Gavin, @MVStillwater & @kuat. CRAZY moment late when everyone started to smell a bad smoky smell & we all assumed it was the NEW led lights. (I actually almost started a fire last week with some interim lights using a power source too great for them to deal with) The smell turned out to be my old portable A/C I've used for over 10 years. RIP Good Buddy. I'm REALLY glad I have an air purifier to scrub the air really quick AND it wasn't my table OR my Deckmate...

@Run 'Em took down the $80 bad beat jackpot having his Ace high flush beat by a boat.

Fun night in the garage. Tigers definitely look good in a splashed pot!

High hand was a non event for the rest of us mortals after @jamesjkim hits aces full, followed by this beauty from @Dread_Pirate_Roberts

And then there always seems to be 7-2 shenanigans among the Bay Area crew

Also, @DirtyTIVA ran some of the dirtiest chips I’ve ever seen through the ultrasonic process (unfortunately I forgot to take pics)

Thanks @SPR @Dread_Pirate_Roberts @sethwanab @TheRealTeddyKGB @jamesjkim @Big Money @MVStillwater and @DirtyTIVA for a great night!

Thanks for having us over & letting us play with your "little kitties." I have had nothing but bad luck at your place. Maybe it's time you broke out the Tinas? 🤔

Cask strength hooker juice. This was from only about 150 chips.

God bless @triton for letting me use his ultrasonic rig. Your neighbors probably thought I was manufacturing meth last night.

When you felt your personal grail set at DiD, sharing copious pron is probably a requirement.

Great time with great people!

3% of all PCF posts contain a meme, gif, or general reference to either an erect penis or ejaculation.

That's twice as many posts as those that reference Skeletor, the same amount of posts as those of pets/dogs, and half as many posts that are bids in the amount of $69, $3.50/$35/$350, and $42.00/$420.

Hate that I missed out on playing with these this week. :(

Ran hotter than the sun last night. Cashed in the tourney and ran the hottest I've ever run in a cash game. I was down more than half my stack after the first hand of Big O when my boat got cracked by a bigger one on the river and my low counterfeited, but since, I couldn't miss

Got dealt three aces in the mitt twice, once in Scarney and once in Veronica with the case ace the community card :wow:

Same here. When I heard they were in play, I wanted to go over and at least see those chips in person. I've always liked them in the photos, and suspect I'd like them more in reality.

Too many good games and too many great guest sets around this weekend to get to see them all.

1 in 16 million night!

My monthly game was crazier than usual on Saturday - one guy had 2 straight flushes (both spades) that beat my darn good regular flushes….within the same hour! Unless someone has better math skills, we had AI calculate the odds of that happening at about 1 in 16 million.

The first time I had KQ of spades and my opponent had 34 of spades. Flop comes 2 spades (5,2) and I made it to the river cheap enough to catch the most unlucky flush, a 6 of spades. I went all in and thankfully, he was shorter stacked than me so I didn’t lose my stack.

The *second* time, I had an ace of spades and knew that no one could possibly beat THE NUTS when I turned a flush again. How could the same guy who just had the straight flush of spades, get *another* straight flush? 3 ways at the turn when I went all in, he went all in, and 3rd opponent folded.
He turned a straight flush and I was drawing dead for the River.

What helped make it sting a little less is that he ended up losing the most money and ended the night with $0 to take off the table while I was net positive….so at least I have that going for me.

My best hand of the night was calling an all-in pre flop bet that went 3 ways to a flop. I had QQ against 2 opponents that both had J10. The queens held their own!

Photos attached for your enjoyment or pity…

Wasn’t able to make it to the Dallas meetup but I was able to get a game with the crew Saturday night. 6 handed mixed games with the protégés in play! $100 buyins to start 5 handed.

IMG_5308.webp

Once we had a handful of buyins we got some of the plaques in play.
IMG_5311.webp

IMG_5314.webp

Eventually ran out of the $20 plaques I had prepped so had to get some $100s in play.
IMG_5315.webp

Was -$400 for the night after a few brutal hands. Wild guy called a big preflop raise with 23 off and mistakenly thought they had a flush draw and instead hit a straight against my flopped top two. A hand in scarney was heads up and I lose my last card so my hand is dead. Later in a 4 way all in Big O hand my second boat lost the high on the river to too boat.
