this is an update to last weeks mail thread. ive been pretty busy this week cleaning and oiling but they are finally all done.
props to dave at cpc for putting together the iron maiden design with the pics i sent in and laying down the fonts.
props to @mattross1313 for designing the executive games.
overall i think these came out awesome. there are a few spot color changes i would have made in hindsight on a few chips but im definitely happy.

Care to elaborate? I have some guesses but nothing screams at me "oh no!" -- looks like a couple of great sets to me.

its growing on me but the dayglo tiger chip with the orange spot...spot doesnt really pop. i dont hate it, but id probably do something different. it looks great on my screen and ironicly i have a complete sample color set...
and the black chips...the red and yellow spots. again, dont hate them but i was trying to match these to the inlays. just seems a bit of a lot going on.
again, i am totally happy with both sets. its just a learning process.
curious of what your guesses are? have at it, i can handle it.

LOL yeah you nailed it, my first theory was the orange spot on the Executive 1000. Then as I looked more I thought the 25 and 100 spots were similar enough to be another thing that was maybe bugging you. But like I said, pretty minor stuff and good to hear the 1000 is growing on you, after looking some more I think it is cool and in person I bet it is pretty snazzy.

Very true that what looks good on screen in the mockup tool may not translate to real life though. Just compare the pink and retro lavender on screen to the actual chips. You'd think they would contrast if you trust the mockup tool, but looking at the sample set (at least the one I have) they are very similar. And all the dark colors like blurple, dark green, dark blue, maroon can look essentially black at a distance or if you are just seeing the side in a stack. There should be a sticky of potential CPC color gotchas somewhere, if there isn't one already.

your right. that dark spot on my $5 is actually dark green. it appears black on screen and in person unless you know and look it it real well. and only then can you tell thats its not really black.

Love these! You’ll have to forgive my ignorance but, these look remarkably similar to Paulson chips. Are CPC good? Can you choose your own inlays and colours?

A chipper debate topic, but some /many consider CPC to be superior to Paulson. CPC is the only vendor who sells custom clay chips to public. So yes you can choose, including molds, and fully custom inlays.
