FSX decks on sale for $29.99

Have you (or anyone else) purchased these and tried them to give a review of them?
I have these in both poker and bridge size. The cards are pretty stiff and can get annoying to shuffle especially the poker size. I prefer Del Negro or Fouriner decks thay I own but will still break out the Faded Spade decks every once in a while

I can attest to Faded Spade FSX. I have both the standard and 4 color versions of the Poker sized. I love the art work, and use them in my shuffle tech. I would use different cards for hand shuffle with the group, bc, unless you are a great riffle shuffler, these are really hard to shuffle. I would say cumbersome to use bc they are stiff and hard to corral after then end of a hand. But they work good in the shuffler. I use them for the look, and that they don't jam the shuffle tech. My preferred cards now are Broken Arrow Professional for hand shuffle.

These cards are great. Pretty stiff as others have mentioned, but great artwork, perfect index size and very high quality.

That said… this “sale” is $29.99 with $7.50 shipping on top per deck. As far as I can tell the shipping is flat per deck with no bulk discount, at least up to 10 setups. That’s a deal breaker to me with so many other affordable options out there.

I’ve tried both the FSX and the branded WPT version (just different print on back I think). I like ‘em, and will keep in the rotation. Only one player thought 2 cards were stuck together because they’re so thick - but no complaints.

If if’s only you dealing, I could see how you could get faster shuffle fatigue, but we rotate dealer so no probs.

Pricey but I like the face design (also slowly trying out the rest).

Do they not know what a mfrb is?

I love Faded Spades! I have some of the 4 color Poker size, and now I’m wanting to jump on the moderns for this sale

Happy to see some love for FS

Best Setup I’ve Ever Had

Currently running a single setup (that’s 2 decks, bridge size) through 216+ hours of live play. No bowing, no dirt buildup, no creases, still sliding like butter and stiff as the day they came out of the box.

Honestly, I’m amazed. Most cards tap out long before this, but these bad boys are still hanging in there. Still using the same 2 decks tonight. At this point, it feels less like a game and more like a scientific experiment fueled by alcohol, cigars, and questionable decisions.

Although, like I say, Your mileage may vary...

Looks good. Short deck huh? Fun! Cards are great. Where are you $1’s?

To keep the game Cleaner, this nights mix session is 7 players with a $5 single blind structure - $1,000 min buyin.

Saves us from using the $1 or Snapper chips ($2 or $2.50 chips). It saves a lot of hassle of making change and the small blind is not really needed right now with seven handed play. At least for us and playing the particular mix games for this session.

I have used both the old faded spades and the new fsx and really like the fsx really overall the cards.i.have tried. The weight and feel is really nice. They shuffle amazing in a deckmate 2/1. I think I'll switch to these over time but this "sale" is not enough for me to buy more.
